Eyes To See Ears To Hear

It's been a while since I've posted some prayers, so I thought I'd do a devotional before I go to bed. This is by Keith Moore.

You have the mind of Christ.

That's what God's word declares in I Corinthians 2:16 about every born-again believer. But what does that mean and what does it enable the beliver to do? It enables us all to see, hear and discern like Christ.

First Corinthians 2:9-10 declares: "Eye hath not sen, or ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him. But God has revealed them unto us by His Spirit."

I just thought this was a wonderful note to end my day with.

At the Library

Today, i'm here at the library with some extra time before I go into work. I thank God for being a very present help for me today. I didn't think I was going to have a ride to work and then my husband shows up with our old rickety car - patched up once again. Saved from the clutches of car hell.

Thank you Lord for looking out for me and my family today. I bless and praise you for being an all sufficient God.

Good Morning Lord

I Thank you Lord this morning for your grace. Without your peace, mercy and grace I don't know where I would be. Your blessings have kept my mind, my body and soul in a place of seeking your face, but "life" has often gotten in the way. Forgive me for not keeping you as my first love.

I will keep my heart fixed on your word, Lord that I don't sin against you. Your will is what I am here to perform. Thank you Jesus for showing me-Me. Thank you for seeing the best in me, when some could only see the worst in me. You are my light and my salvation, I will not fear. Cover me and anoint me to do your will and keep me as the apple of your eye. You've been so good to me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

A Simple Prayer

I just wanted to stop for a moment and give God glory for this moment in my day. I owe Him so much and just want to stop and thank Him for forgiving me and really just having patience with me. Thank You Jesus.

Morning Prayer

Good Morning Lord.
 
Thank you for keeping me through the night and keeping my family.  Please forgive me of my sins.  The sins I know about and even the sins I think about.  Please change my heart to be a heart for you.  I want to fulfill the purpose that you have given me for my life - in order to give you glory.  Please forgive the sins of my family and my friends.  For I love them too.  
 
Today I worship you for who you are and thank you for sending Jesus to be the ultimate sacrifice on the cross for me.  The BEST part is that He arose again on the third day to be my savior and risen KING!  I love you Jesus and I worship and adore you. 
 
Please Lord, Jesus bless my friends here online who glance across this post.  Bless them and increase them richly to know you more. 
 
Please let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight for you are my strength and redeemer, In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Morning Prayer

Good Morning Lord,

Just a simple, sincere, heartfelt prayer to thank you for waking me up this morning. I know that it was you who kept me all night long and will keep me all day today. I honor You for who You are and bless Your holy name. Please forgive me of my sins and renew a right heart within me. Lead me down the path of righteousness and order my steps to do Your will alone.

I love you Jesus, please bless everyone who reads these posts and bless them richly. In your name I pray, Amen.
