These are by no way new carts, but just some that I want. Straight from the nesst and Just Cards. I love to make cards for people (not sure why still), but I do and I love these 2 carts!!

Blessing A little Girl

Today is Sunday and my favorite day of the week!! Worship is on my mind and in my heart! But today, I'm also going to bring a birthday present for this precious little girl at my church. I love her so much! She's the sweetest little girl there! Well besides my own girls. But they are in college. I'm so glad that the Lord allowed me to be able to be a blessing to her today, becasue He knows how much I love just taking care of and watching her grow. I used to babysit her when she was 2 and now she's 4 and just so sweet and very friendly. I pray for her often that she would keep that same sweet spirit all her life.

Anyhoo- this is the present I brought her. It's a Text and Learn from LeapFrog. She loves stuff like this and I've always tried to get her LeapFrog toys to help her learn her numbers and letters. Although she was counting in spanish, which she learned from Dora, I guess I wont feel intimidated!! :O)

Good Morning Lord

I Thank you Lord this morning for your grace. Without your peace, mercy and grace I don't know where I would be. Your blessings have kept my mind, my body and soul in a place of seeking your face, but "life" has often gotten in the way. Forgive me for not keeping you as my first love.

I will keep my heart fixed on your word, Lord that I don't sin against you. Your will is what I am here to perform. Thank you Jesus for showing me-Me. Thank you for seeing the best in me, when some could only see the worst in me. You are my light and my salvation, I will not fear. Cover me and anoint me to do your will and keep me as the apple of your eye. You've been so good to me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Altered Tin.

Good Morning, well afternoon friends!! Here is a tin I made, well embellished. I actually got it at goodwill for .49 cents!! Isn't it cute? And PINK!! I have a dollar inside! :O) I love pink and green, but I love Pink more. The "C" is my monogram.

Looks red to me! But what do I know maybe it's just a deep pink? I'm just kinda glad I didn't pick this one out.

Blossom flower: How To

Cut the flowers out (you will have enough on this sheet for two flowers)
Take the largest flower head, and slightly fold it up into a bud shape, and then release...


Then, using either your finger or an old rub on tool, curl the petals back on themselves.

Till it looks a little like this.
repeat this for the middle and center flowers. Glue the middle flower into the centre of the larger flower, and then glue the center flower to the middle flower, like this.
put a big old dollop of glue in the center of the flower.. and sprinkle on the seed beads to form a pretty center.
The glue I used dries clear... so it doesn't stay white like in the photo.
This looks really pretty and vintage when done with book paper too - infact, it will take on a myriad of personalities depending on your card choice, possibilities = endless.

I wanted to post this a while back. I found it on my old blog and thought I'd post it. It's the .cut file for the cricut book folders.

I'm going to try this system. I've always wanted to have a folder-like thing to hold my layovers and books, so I think this will do. You will find the .cut files on Crazy for Crafting's site!! She's amazing!!
